26.1. A medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist shall take reasonable measures to ensure that the secrecy of all confidential information obtained in the practice of his profession is preserved by any employee or person who collaborates with him or carries on his activities within the partnership or joint-stock company where he carries on his professional activities.
